Police seek witnesses to incident

 The Nanaimo RCMP is investigating an incident in which an adult female was found roadside with serious injuries at approximately 11 PM on Thursday October 3, 2024, at the corner of Victoria Road and Milton St. The victim was treated at the scene then transported to the Nanaimo hospital for medical treatment where she currently remains.

At this time, investigators have not identified a suspect. Police are asking for anyone who may have been driving in the area between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM on October 3, 2024, to please review their dash cam video.
